YOGA AND PILATES

Grosvenor Place Management is delighted to announce that our complimentary Yoga and Pilates classes will return this on Wednesday 11th October, 2017.

We will also be welcoming you to our new Wellness Room on Level 27. Simply appointed with greenery and landscape images, the Wellness Room will be the new space where the Wellbeing Classes will be hosted.

Pilates classes will be held every Wednesday and Yoga classes every Thursday for the remainder of Term 4, commencing Wednesday 11th October until Thursday 14th December, 2017.

Two classes are conducted and sessions are 45 minutes in duration, commencing 12pm and 1pm.  Mats and rollers are supplied for your convenience.

Due to the size of the new Wellness Room,  classes are limited to 16 people,  thus bookings are essential to ensure your spot.

Bookings – Classes can be booked one week in advance.  If you would like to cancel your booking, please ensure you inform Concierge by 10am of that day.

Yoga & Pilates 2018

Both classes with resume after the Christmas break and will commence on Wednesday 31st January 2018 and run through to Thursday 12th April 2018.

Pilates

Pilates classes work to maintain musculo-skeletal health and are designed to improve physical strength, flexibility and posture, and enhance mental awareness. Pilates exercises are directed towards minimising the strain on the body that occurs due to the nature of office work.

 

Yoga

This term’s Yoga classes use dynamic and therapeutic moves in combination with traditional Hatha asana to promote energy flow throughout the body. These movements help develop a strong core foundation and bring physiological and neurological movements into a state of balance.
